As a subsidiary of DB Engineering and Consulting, the Deutsche Bahn Group’s Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct applies to us and our suppliers.

Sustainable changes through sustainable technologies
As a company, we take responsibility for people and the environment. In compliance with this principle, we provide services that meet our own requirements as well as those of our clients and customers. This self-image is also important to us with our suppliers and other business partners.
As a subsidiary of the DB E.C.O. Group, both we and our business partners are subject to the DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners. This obliges our suppliers in particular to comply with ethical and legal standards and thus forms an important basis for cooperation.
In our day-to-day work, we support our customers in achieving the three key areas of decarbonization, waste prevention and reporting greenhouse gas emissions. These are at the heart of global efforts to combat climate change and shape a more sustainable future.
Decarbonization
Decarbonization refers to the process of reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere in order to limit global warming. The aim is to reduce CO2 emissions from the energy, industry, transport and agriculture sectors. With our know-how, we support the transition to a low-carbon economy through, among other things, electrified and emission-free means of transportation.
Waste avoidance
The primary aim of waste prevention is to prevent waste at source before it is even produced, for example by reducing resource consumption and promoting circular economy models. Through digitalization, we extend the service life of our customers’ products.
Reporting of greenhouse gas emissions
Regular and comprehensive reporting of greenhouse gas emissions is an essential part of global climate protection and promotes the implementation of reduction measures by identifying hotspots and setting emission targets. Companies, organizations and countries must regularly monitor and transparently report their greenhouse gas emissions.
