Basic Training

SOTIF –

Safety of the intended functionality

19th - 20th February 2025

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

In this training course, we would like to give you a comprehensive insight into the safety-oriented development process of the target function in the automotive industry, based on ISO 21448.

Vehicle safety is a key concern in today’s automotive industry, and the proper implementation of safety standards is critical to the success and acceptance of new technologies. While we will introduce the key processes and methodologies as well as the required work products, we will also use real-world examples to deepen understanding and illustrate application in real-world scenarios.

A special focus is placed on the differences and synergies with functional safety according to ISO 26262. By understanding these two standards, you can better integrate the safety requirements and promote the development of safe and reliable systems.

We look forward to immersing ourselves in the world of safety-oriented development together with you and imparting valuable knowledge that will support you in your daily work.
