Would you like to delve deeper into a technical area or the topic of project management and expand your know-how?
Then the development in the specialist and project career path is just right for you. Due to our diverse project landscape, it is an exciting option to take on responsibility and at the same time contribute to the project as a technical expert.

Management career

Would you like to take on personnel responsibility?
Develop yourself into a manager through additional qualifications and lead your own team.

Assessor training

Are you interested in the position of assessor, but still lack the necessary knowledge?
In our independent Assessment Service Center, you will have the opportunity to acquire the necessary know-how through internal and external training.
Upon successful completion of the training, we will appoint you as Lead Assessor depending on the industry focus Automotive, railroad or industry.
We are also happy to support your path to becoming an externally recognized expert, for example through the Federal Railway Authority.
