Innovative ESE hackathon inspires students to tackle technical challenges

Our ESE Hackathon entered its third round and once again attracted talented STEM students with an exciting event for innovation and unusual ideas. Contrary to what the name might suggest, this is not about criminal activity, but rather about solving technical problems within a set time.

Last Saturday, the participants met for the competition to generate ideas and develop concepts in teams. The focus was on the exchange with our experts Benjamin Mensing and Karim Oueslati as well as attractive cash and non-cash prizes.

At the beginning, the teams were formed and the project phase began. The students exchanged ideas intensively and worked on their innovative solutions. At lunchtime, there was a sumptuous pizza buffet and plenty of time to chat with our experts. This was followed by the second and final project phase, before the teams presented their results in a short pitch. The ESE Hackathon therefore not only offered the opportunity to demonstrate technical skills, but also to make valuable contacts and gain new perspectives.

In the end, we congratulate the winning team of Azhar, Haithem and Hüseyin on their victory! Congratulations you three!

A big thank you to all the participants, whose commitment and enthusiasm contributed significantly to the success of the event. We are already looking forward to the next ESE Hackathon next year.
