We are pleased to inform you that BSSE GmbH and ESE Engineering und Software-Entwicklung GmbH have signed a merger agreement.

BSSE GmbH will be integrated into the existing structures of ESE GmbH as an important business unit. As part of this merger, the entire operating business of BSSE GmbH will be transferred to ESE GmbH. This also includes all business relationships and contracts.

Nothing will change for our business partners: your familiar contacts will of course continue to be there for you under the name ESE GmbH. With the merger, we can now offer you even more extensive expertise from a single source.
