We are the future!

We have passed the certification process of the Allianz für die Region GmbH and the Arbeitgeberverband Region Braunschweig e.V. as “Zukunftgeber” of the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region and received the seal of the same name.

For a total of eight out of nine categories, we were able to show that we offer our employees particularly attractive working conditions. The quality seal enables us to make our prevailing good working conditions visible to the outside world.

The award from Allianz für die Region GmbH and Arbeitgeberverband Region Braunschweig e.V. took place for the third time. Since 2017, small and medium-sized companies in the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region have been able to be certified as an attractive employer in the region. The companies are recognized for their attractive working conditions, measured in a total of nine categories: Nutrition and health, attractive earning opportunities, family friendliness, personnel development and qualification, digital, innovation, communication and transparency, mobility and connectivity, freedom and comfort and a sense of responsibility.
